Trade Show Details:
Tables: You may register for up to 2 tables. The cost for each is $600.00 with two complimentary tickets. In your response email, please list your 1st, 2nd choices. We will make every effort to accommodate your primary table location request. However, tables are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. The table layout will be on both sides of the concourse level (example ABC Company reserve area 209 on concourse level) and please specify section number. If electricity is need it will be the responsibility of the vendor and coordinated with NBT Bank Stadium.
Outside Demo Lots areas will be available this year, with the purchase of at least (1) inside booth. Demo areas outside are $800.00 each for regular sized parking spaces and the over-sized big rig section is available with two complimentary tickets. Please list your 1st and 2nd choices. This space will be in the parking lot on the first base side. Water and power will be available upon request and will need to coordinate with the facility.
